This soft Panettone is wrapped in caramel chocolate icing on which grains of Mozia Salt rest.

This artisanal Panettone has a very tender dough thanks to the natural leavening process done with great care by the master pastry chefs of Bonfissuto.
What makes this panettone even more special are its ingredients, all first choice ingredients, from the flour, to the butter, to the eggs, all of the highest quality products.
Ingredients: type 0 wheat flour, free-range egg yolk, granulated sugar, butter, liquid butter, whole milk powder, fructose, natural mother yeast, salt, Madagascar vanilla berry flavouring, natural flavourings. .
