A very sweet combination, the one between the dough of the classic artisanal Panettone and the Chocolate of Modica PGI, the Christmas tradition that is linked to the Modican tradition of the great Chocolate of Modica PGI.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, sugar, butter, free-range egg yolk 8%, Modica PGI chocolate chips 14% (bitter cocoa paste, sugar. Cocoa min. 60%), skimmed milk powder, wheat gluten, honey, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), wheat sourdough powder, flavourings, salt, yeast.
Coating: Dark chocolate (Cocoa paste, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier: Soy lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa min. 56%), Modica PGI Chocolate Nuggets 6% (Bitter cocoa paste, sugar. Cocoa min. 60%).
