In 1953, in Castelbuono, Mario Fiasconaro, opened an ice cream shop in the square in the center of the town, without knowing that shortly after, thanks to the brothers, and later, in the nineties, also thanks to the children, that bar would become the renowned historic company all over the world, which has made Sicily known for its excellence in the confectionery field. The turning point comes from an intuition of Nicola, a talented master pastry chef, who chooses to interpret the most traditional dessert of Northern Italy, Panettone, in a Mediterranean key: a great success that changes the destiny of the company, which since then has never stopped growing.
