VITUZZA - LIQUEUR BASED ON BRANDY ORANGE AND MINT

The Vituzza was born in Capo d’Orlando, a charming town on the northern coast of Sicily, located between Tindari and Cefalù.

Prepared and bottled by a renowned distillery, known for its experience in the high-quality spirits sector, Vituzza ranks among the Elitè products intended for classy venues. RECIPES

Vituzza Cocktail:

• 5 cl of Vituzza®
• 0.5 cl lime juice
• 12 cl top ginger beer
• 2 mint leaves
• 1 slice of lime

Gelato and Vituzza:

• 2.5 cl of Vituzza®
• Fiordilatte ice cream

Paccheri al Vituzza:

• 400gr of swordfish
• 300gr of paccheri
• 300gr of cherry tomatoes
• 1 cloves of garlic
• 2 purple eggplants
• 30g of pine nuts
• 1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of minced mint
• 5cl of Vituzza®
• Salt and Pepper To Taste.

Golden Vituzza:

• 70 ml of Vituzza®
• 40 ml of white rum
• 30 ml of maraschino
• ½ lime
• 5 mint leaves
• 2 barspoons of pineapple jam and curry
