Its main ingredients are: manna, an entirely Sicilian product, a sap that comes from the Madonie mountains, rich in mineral salts, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and vitamins, and buckwheat, a cereal rich in fibre, proteins, salts minerals and vitamins.
These Tumminello biscuits are handcrafted in Castelbuono, a Sicilian village of medieval origin in the Madonie, where a family-run artisan shop has become a small company over the years, where each product is created in a unique way, respecting traditions and with the choice of best ingredients from our land.
The love and passion for baked goods passed down from generation to generation are essential for making traditional, good and genuine biscuits, capable of reviving the authentic taste of biscuits from times gone by.
