These typical Sicilian biscuits are produced by the Biscottificio Tumminello in Castelbuono, a Sicilian village of medieval origin in the Madonie, where a family-run artisan shop has become a small company over the years, where each product is created in a unique way, respecting traditions and with the choice of the best ingredients of our land.

These biscuits are made with a mix of seeds and cereals which gives a unique flavor to this type of biscuit. Linseed, Sunflower Seed and Sesame Seed, which combined with Bran, Soy, Rye, Oats, Barley and Wheat create a unique flavour.

The love and passion for baked goods passed down from generation to generation are essential for making traditional, good and genuine biscuits, capable of reviving the authentic taste of biscuits from times gone by.

Ingredients: cereal mix 47% (type 00 soft wheat flour, toasted soya grains, toasted soft wheat bran, barley flour, corn flour, oat flour, rye flour, malted wheat flour), sugar raw cane, butter, fresh eggs 23% (from free-range hens), seed mix 5.3% (sesame seeds, linseeds, sunflower seeds) raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate, salt, natural flavors.

May contain almonds, pistachio, mustard seeds and hazelnuts
