From the encounter between the confectionery art of the master Fiasconaro and the creativity of Dolce & Gabbana the new creation already become protagonist of the Milanese Fashion Week: the Panettone with Perpetual Old Wine Samperi from Sicily

The typically Milanese artisan panettone revisited excellently with the ingredients and flavors of Sicily: High Panettone with Sicilian flour, selected Sicilian orange and cedar diamond candies, sultanas flavored with the Vecchio Samperi Di Sicilia perpetual wine.

This panettone is a slow and gradual leavening, which naturally reaches completion over thirty-six hours, guaranteeing unparalleled lightness and fragrance. An accurate selection and genuineness of the raw materials that stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavors and fragrances.

In this new special version the confectionery mastery of Fiasconaro joins one of the oldest Sicilian wine excellences: the Vecchio Samperi di Sicilia wine, from Marsala.

A prestigious pure wine without denomination or vintage, subjected to twenty years of perpetuum aging, without fortifications or added sulfites or additives. The main feature is the perpetuation of the wine within the same oak barrel, with which it ages. Through a decanting system, a small percentage of new production is added each time, in a process of "perpetual refilling" that mixes the years and loads all the organoleptic substances released by the barrel.

To enhance the aroma of the wine already present in the dough, the package is embellished with an elegant glass bottle with a 30 ml nebulizer, containing the old Samperi di Sicilia Wine. As if it were a precious perfume, sprinkling a few drops on the slices of freshly cut panettone, the intent is to enhance the fragrance of the precious wine already present, to better appreciate the sweetness and uniqueness of the combination of taste.

The high quality craftsmanship of this panettone will be preserved thanks to the new elegant and colorful tin box by Dolce & Gabbana, specially designed by the most famous Sicilian artisans: the bright colors and the represented subjects, which are inspired by the decorative motifs of the cart and the characters of the 'Opera dei Pupi, they transform, as usual, these tin containers into precious objects to collect.
