That of Fiasconaro panettone is a slow and gradual leavening, which naturally reaches completion over thirty-six hours, guaranteeing unparalleled lightness and fragrance. An accurate selection and genuineness of the raw materials that stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavors and fragrances.

In this special version the confectionery skill of Fiasconaro links the sweetness of chestnuts and the gluttony of chocolate with gianduia. The naturally leavened dough is enriched with candied chestnuts glazed and pieces of chocolate with gianduia and covered with a double glaze of chestnut cream and dark chocolate.

The high quality of this panettone will be preserved thanks to the new elegant and colorful tin box by Dolce & Gabbana, specially designed by the most famous Sicilian artisans: the bright colors and the represented subjects, which are inspired by the decorative motifs of the cart and the characters of the 'Opera dei Pupi, they transform, as usual, these tin containers into precious objects to collect.
