The caper is a typical Sicilian product famous all over the world, in Sicily itself there are several areas of production and excellence. Those we propose are grown in Salina, in terraced land and particularly exposed to the sun.
Recognized as being of superior quality, certified by the Community DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) mark, they undergo a sea salt-based maturation process, which begins at the end of each day's harvest.
