Verdello Lemon Chocolate - Dark chocolate from Antica Dolceria Bonajuto

From the Antica Dolceria Bonajuto, which since 1880 in the wonderful baroque of Modica, with passion and tradition, offers ancient flavors that time has not changed.

In this version, the ancient chocolate recipe, which involves the processing of sugar and cocoa mass at low temperatures, is enriched by Green Lemon, from the dried peel.

It is a particular type of Sicilian lemon, with green skin, an intense aroma and a low level of acidity. Which matures in summer, bringing with it the scents of Sicily.

No added butter, vegetable fats, milk derivatives or lecithin. An ancient recipe that involves processing chocolate at low temperatures, according to ancient Aztec recipes, handed down by the Spaniards during their Sicilian domination.
