The 2012 Riserva, the last vintage signed by Franco Biondi-Santi, was produced with the Sangiovese Grosso BBS11 (Brunello Biondi Santi 11) clone, identified and selected by Biondi-Santi at Tenuta Greppo in the seventies. For this Reserve, grapes originating exclusively from the oldest vines with over 25 years of age were used.

Made entirely from Sangiovese vines, Petruccino Orcia DOC Podere Forte has a full ruby red color. On the nose sparkling with sensations of berries and plums, marine scrub, violet and sweet tobacco.
