Donnafugata Brut 2019, a metodo classico with striking elegance, is characterized by a fine and intense bouquet with fragrances of bread crust and light citrusy scents (lemon peel). Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, Brut Rosé 2018, with an antique pink color, is characterized by an elegant and distinct bouquet.
Pink sparkling wine that offers notes of bread crust, combined with delicate fruity hints (pink grapefruit) and spices. A Donnafugata Classic Method that presents a pleasant freshness and good structure, with a seductive return of fruity sensations and a savory vein with a long persistence.
At the table it goes perfectly with raw or cooked shellfish and fish tartare, or with salted raw ham.

It comes from ripe grapes of the Cumières cru, and ages for 48 months inside the historic Louis Roederer cellar
