This Sicilian wine is a modern interpretation of an ancient native grape variety: Frappato.
Its grapes grow in the Firriato winery, on the Baglio Soria estate, and are predominantly dark and purple grapes, which give the wine a fruity hint of peel and seeds.
It is in fact a wine that expresses itself through a fruity bouquet, with some hints of spices, black pepper, liquorice and cloves.
On the palate it is broad, complex and enveloping with notes of blood orange.

The Sorìa Perricone is another step forward in the experimental research of the Firriato Winery, born on the lands of Baglio Sorìa, which has always been capable of giving life to wines with a structured identity.
It presents itself to the eye with an intense ruby red color, and presents a complex bouquet, with delicate tones of blackberry, plum and red fruit.
On the palate it is soft, fresh, with tannins always present and a good, persistent finish.

A wine of great quality, elegant and intense, born from Zibibbo grapes from vineyards located in the heart of the island of Pantelleria. From the energetic amber color, it gives off intense hints of dried fruit and dried fruit. It is defined as one of the best sweet wines of the Mediterranean.
Produced from Inzolia grapes, Bianca di Valguarnera gives a great olfactory complexity. On the nose, notes of jasmine and orange blossom are perceived, accompanied by a hint of peach, apricot, coconut and vanilla.
