Thirst-quenching craft beer in full Sicilian Wheat Ale style, made with the 5 best Sicilian ancient grains such as: Tumminia, Bidì, Russello, Maiorca and Perciasacchi.
A "tummino" (about 16 kg) was taken for each type of grain, it was processed and combined with barley malt, to create a simple beer suitable for every moment, with an earthy and herbaceous aftertaste, typical of Sicilian craft beers.
Enjoy it in all its splendor together with appetizers and mixed fries, or simply with some snacks in company!

Very fragrant Sicilian craft beer flavored with Sicilian bitter orange peel, coriander and ginger.
A blonde different from all the others, fermented at very low temperatures and with yeasts that produce few esters, to make you feel all the genuine flavor of Sicilian malt.

Rubra is the Sicilian interpretation, in an Irias key, of the IPA style, but with some differences from the now standardized red craft beers.
In fact, in this double malt red beer the aroma of the malts, the aromas of plum and caramel, contrasted by a light toast, are combined with the floral and earthy of continental hops. The bitterness is balanced and not too invasive.

Cyane represents one of the most traditional wine excellences of Southern Sicily, the Moscato di Siracusa.
It is, in fact, a white wine made from pure Moscato Bianco grapes, which come from the wonderful vineyards of Targia, in the Syracuse area, in the territories of the Pupillo Cellars
Its taste is the traditional one of a dry white Moscato, that is, a dry and soft taste, with a persistent finish. The scent is very intense and aromatic, releasing floral and fruity scents.
Vintage: 2022.
Solacium is a Passito di Siracusa, a sweet white dessert wine born in the Pupillo Cellars, in Syracuse.
Moscato di Siracusa brings with it a great history, the history of a fragrant, aromatic, elegant and intense dessert wine. A great excellence among Sicilian sweet wines, which thanks to its taste has managed to conquer palates all over the world.
This Solacium Passito di Siracusa releases spicy, aromatic, very broad aromas, while the color is a fairly bright golden yellow.
On the palate it is inebriating, with notes of dried figs, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, a very complex, intense flavor with a good, persistent finish.

Baronessa di Canseria is a Cabernet Sauvignon, a red wine to be tasted with strong, tasty dishes, like most traditional Sicilian dishes.
In the glass this red wine has a ruby red color, which opens up in a penetrating way to the aroma, releasing aromas of pepper, vanilla and graphite.
On the palate it is very enveloping, full-bodied and with a long persistence where vanilla stands out.

Combination between Tuscan grape and Sicilian lands. Sangiovese sapling vines at the foot of Etna: a volcanic terroir that re-elaborates its personality and gives this wine a unique intensity and balance. Particular and very pleasant on the palate.

Bianco di Mariagrazia White wine 2017 - Etna Bianco DOC - Tenuta Benedetta
From Etna Mountain.
Sicilian White Etna DOC Superiore V.Q.P.R.D. (Quality Wine Produced in a Determined Region), is produced from Carricante grapes and native Etna grapes on the volcanic soil. A wine that immediately shows notes of strong acidity and persistent minerality, which give it a sense of longevity. Over time it develops great character and balance.
Year: 2017.

Sicilian Red Etna DOC V.Q.P.R.D. (Quality Wine Produced in a Determined Region), it is produced from Nerello Mascalese 80%, Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mantellato 20% on volcanic soil. A wine with a nice game of balance between acidity and tannin on the one hand, fruity and mineral notes on the other.
Year: 2017.

This robust, intense and fragrant beer was awarded a Gold Medal at the Councours International de Lyon 2015.
With its gradation of 9.5%, the brown foam, balanced in bitterness, excellent to be enjoyed between meals, but also with oysters, as required by French cuisine, with dark chocolate or with red meats marinated in the same beer
