The New Milazzo's Late Harvest Wine
Produced mainly from Chardonnay grapes and in a small part Inzolia, grown on the Milazzo estate. The late harvest characterizes this wine giving intense and unique sensations and flavors.
VINTAGE 2017
Pruvenza 2017 is a wine with enormous potential. Frappato, a native grape variety that has always been produced in the Vittoria area, has the project of clearing the chiché which imagines it to be a wine to be drunk within the year.
On the nose, hints of red fruits and excellent drinkability, but also greater complexity and thickness than is usually found in the type.
To be paired with red meat dishes, cured meats and medium and long-aged cheeses. Try it on a tuna steak.

A still red with a ruby red color and a savory and extremely elegant taste. Mandrake 2019 is the flavor that blends with ecstasy, it is the magical virtues of the earth, the scent of berries and aromas, it is a magical wine. The inspiration comes from the esoteric virtues of an ancient plant, like a man's hidden dreams.
The Frappato Doc from the Paolo Calì winery is an excellent wine to pair with grilled red and white meats, but also fish soups or fried blue fish.

This is not a still wine, this OSA wine! Slightly sparkling, to be served chilled, it stands out for that strange sensation of euphoria given by the fragrance of a perfume reminiscent of raspberry and dog rose and which conveys the spirit of conviviality.
Ideal for aperitifs or appetizers, to be combined with fish-based dishes in general, desserts.
