Produced from Inzolia grapes, Bianca di Valguarnera gives a great olfactory complexity. On the nose, notes of jasmine and orange blossom are perceived, accompanied by a hint of peach, apricot, coconut and vanilla.
The aromas of the Mediterranean scrub are then translated on the palate into a wine with strong tannins, characterized by good acidity and a considerable length.

Merlot Family Collection of the Barone Montalto winery, is a wine with an intense red color almost black with purple hues. The nose develops aromas of plum and blackberry jam with spicy notes. In the mouth it is full and the tannins are not lacking while remaining discreet and round. Excellent persistence and balance.
Very suitable for very seasoned courses. It goes beautifully with cured meats and pate de foie gras. To be paired with baked suckling pig
