Intense ruby red with brilliant purple reflections; it offers intense fruity aromas, black cherry and plum notes stand out; the bouquet opens with delicate flowery nuances and characteristic spicy notes of black pepper. The palate is supported by freshness and softness that make it juicy and a real pleasure to drink. Fine and well integrated tannins.

From Frappato grapes: one of the oldest varieties of Sicilian vines, which finds its maximum expression in the territories of the DOC Vittoria. A fragrant red, fresh and with soft tannins, with intense floral notes of violet and rose combined with hints of fresh red fruit.

From the union of slightly overripe grapes of Merlot, Syrah and Frappato, a fragrant wine, with an intense bright red color, with fragrances of small ripe red fruits. Round on the palate, its great freshness is expressed in the mouth, complete with good tannins.

Sparkling white wine - classic method - Donnafugata
Donnafugata Brut 2019, a metodo classico with striking elegance, is characterized by a fine and intense bouquet with fragrances of bread crust and light citrusy scents (lemon peel). The palate is fresh and crisp and, at the same time, ample and complex. A harmonious brut, with fine and persistent perlage and of extraordinary personality.
A delicate and at the same time decisive wine, from the union of four different grape varieties: Carricante, mainly, Cataratto, Grecanico and Minnella.
A wine that never loses its terroir and its brightness. Versatile, it adapts well to any dish, from rabbit or chicken, to fish, to hors d'oeuvres based on meats and cheeses, up to fruit.
Corda Pazza was born from the encounter between the Sicilian native vines Frappato, Nero D'Avola and Syrah grapes.
The surprising blend gives life to a ruby red with violet reflections, with an intense and fruity aroma that recalls the hints of morello plum with a background of berries, iquirice and chocolate. Corda Pazza is full, warm and rightly tannic on the palate.

Pruvenza 2017 is a wine with enormous potential. Frappato, a native grape variety that has always been produced in the Vittoria area, has the project of clearing the chiché which imagines it to be a wine to be drunk within the year.
On the nose, hints of red fruits and excellent drinkability, but also greater complexity and thickness than is usually found in the type.
To be paired with red meat dishes, cured meats and medium and long-aged cheeses. Try it on a tuna steak.

This Champagne Rosè Brut is a very elegant and aromatically rich bubble.
It comes from ripe grapes of the Cumières cru, and ages for 48 months inside the historic Louis Roederer cellar
At sight it presents a very fine perlage that tends towards rosé. Its bouquet will win you over thanks to the scents of flowers, dried fruit and cocoa.
On the palate it is very soft, fresh and mineral.

This Sicilian wine is a modern interpretation of an ancient native grape variety: Frappato.
Its grapes grow in the Firriato winery, on the Baglio Soria estate, and are predominantly dark and purple grapes, which give the wine a fruity hint of peel and seeds.
It is in fact a wine that expresses itself through a fruity bouquet, with some hints of spices, black pepper, liquorice and cloves.
On the palate it is broad, complex and enveloping with notes of blood orange.
