The "Mofete" is a wine that is born on the slopes of Etna, from grapes grown in soils composed of volcanic sands, stones and exclusive rocks.
The color is straw yellow, and the flavor is very agile, fresh and savory.
VINTAGE: 2021
Mofete is an excellent red produced on the slopes of Etna by Palmento Costanzo.
It has a strong ruby red color, and on the nose it is floral and fruity, on the palate it is very fresh but with a savory finish.
Excellent to combine with meat main courses such as Lamb and Beef. But also a good plate of pasta with tomato sauce.

It can be used as an addition to first courses to make them more aromatic, but it is also an excellent addition to second courses of meat, fish, or even desserts!
Also excellent as a snack if enjoyed alone.

Sicilian White Etna DOC Superiore V.Q.P.R.D. (Quality Wine Produced in a Determined Region), is produced from Carricante grapes and native Etna grapes on the volcanic soil. A wine that immediately shows notes of strong acidity and persistent minerality, which give it a sense of longevity. Over time it develops great character and balance.

Sicilian Red Etna DOC V.Q.P.R.D. (Quality Wine Produced in a Determined Region), it is produced from Nerello Mascalese 80%, Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mantellato 20% on volcanic soil. A wine with a nice game of balance between acidity and tannin on the one hand, fruity and mineral notes on the other.
