We begin our journey starting from the seasoned sausage, a typical sausage of the Sicilian tradition, produced by hand, cut with a knife tip and tied by hand through the "ruppi". In our catalog you can find various types of seasoned Sicilian flavored sausage: the classic version with black pepper, the simpler versions such as the sweet one with fennel or the spicy one with chili pepper, and the more complex versions such as the one with Pistachio or the one with Truffle.

We continue this journey among the best Nebrodi cured meats with Salami, one of the best cured meats, and on our site you can find various types, from the typical one from Sant'Angelo di Brolo, to the one made with meat from the famous Black Pig of Nebrodi, and you can also find the Pistachio one and the Spicy one with chili pepper. For each Salami you can find the whole version and the portioned version.

You will also be able to find many other cured meats, such as Pork Guanciale, a cut of pork meat that is used in many dishes, such as in first courses, or in sauces such as the famous Amatriciana sauce, or as an addition to a pasta with pesto of pistachios.

Continuing you will also find Black Pig Lard, flavored with sage, rosemary, black pepper and sea salt, typical for its "meltability", for its softness and for its delicious smell, it is excellent to use or on a hot bruschetta , or even better inside a Fried Gnocco.

We continue with Coppa Dolce, a type of Sicilian salami with an aromatic taste but with a sweet aftertaste, excellent as an addition to a gourmet sandwich with mushrooms for example!

And finally, you will find Pancetta Tesa, a very tasty pork salami, made from the lean part of the pig's belly which is salted and flavored before being left to mature. It is a cured meat with a soft consistency that melts in the mouth thanks to the presence of the fat part which gives it a sweet, flavored and delicate flavour.
