CREAM OF TUNA AND PISTACHIOS
This cream is prepared with care and artisan passion in a small family business, using exclusively high quality Tuna and Pistachio.
The tuna steaks are cooked and cleaned, then they are blended with pistachios, olive oil and a pinch of salt until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Directions for use:
Wonderful as an appetizer, to spread on bruschetta or bread.
Also excellent as a condiment for first courses. We love it with pasta! Pour it directly on the freshly drained pasta, without adding anything else, you will not regret it!
Our tuna and pistachio pate has no added starch and is therefore free from gluten sources.
After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Product without preservatives.
