PIECES OF TUNA WITH CHILI PEPPER BUZZONAGLIA

Tasty and delicious pieces of tuna produced with artisanal care, cleaned by hand and without chemicals. Once cleaned and cooked in water and salt, the fish are filleted or chopped and placed by hand in glass jars with olive oil without adding preservatives or flavor enhancers, and seasoned with ground chilli.

I Pezzetti di Tonno is a mix of fillet parts and residual parts in contact with the dorsal bone deprived of the part called "blood pudding". Some pieces are for this reason darker than fillets due to the proximity to the bone, dark red, almost brown-black. They are then preserved in oil and seasoned with ground chilli, in order to make them pleasantly spicy.

Spaghetti with Pieces of Tuna, Cherry Sauce and Pantelleria Capers.

Mezze penne with pieces of tuna and grated bottarga.

The pieces of tuna can also be used as a main course, or as an ingredient for salads or in the preparation of gravies and sauces.

Very good for dressing cold pasta or rice salads. Often also used as an appetizer.
