TUNA CREAM WITH BLACK OLIVES

And this pate of tuna and black olives represents a combination of Sicilian gastronomic excellences.
The tuna steaks are cooked and cleaned, then they are blended with black olives, olive oil and a pinch of salt until a homogeneous cream is obtained. It does not contain gluten.
Directions for use:
Wonderful as an appetizer, to spread on bruschetta or bread. Also excellent as a condiment for first courses. Delicious snack for the little ones.
Our tuna and black olive pate has no added starch and is therefore free from gluten sources.
After opening, store in the refrigerator if necessary adding a drizzle of oil.
