And the tuna and almond cream represents one of the many examples of our products in which gastronomic excellences are combined.
This cream is prepared with care and artisanal passion, using only yellow fin tuna caught respecting the Dolphin Safe protocol and high quality almonds.
The tuna steaks are cooked and cleaned, then they are blended with almond, olive oil and a pinch of salt until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Wonderful as an appetizer, to spread on bruschetta or bread. Also excellent as a condiment for first courses.
Our tuna and almond pate has no added starch and is therefore free from gluten sources.
After opening, store in the refrigerator if necessary adding a drizzle of oil.
