TUNA AND ALMOND CREAM

Tuna and almonds come together in this tuna and almond cream, a delicately flavored pâté combining the sea and the land of Sicily.

The tuna steaks are cooked and cleaned, then blended with almonds, olive oil and a pinch of salt until a smooth cream is obtained.

Directions for use:

Wonderful as an appetizer, spread on bruschetta or bread. Also excellent as a sauce for pasta.

After opening, store in the refrigerator, adding a drizzle of oil if necessary, and use within 3 days.

Product without preservatives.

Produced near the city of Siracusa.
