Tuna Fillets in Water are a simple and delicate product, the brother of our delicious Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil.

Expertly selected and processed by hand, the fillets are kept firm and compact to be enjoyed on your tables, as a unique ingredient in traditional dishes but also in fresh and quick summer recipes.

These splendid fillets are selected and produced with extreme care. All tuna are cleaned by hand and without chemicals. Once cleaned and cooked in water and salt, the fish are filleted and placed by hand in glass jars with water, without adding preservatives or flavor enhancers.

Recommendations for use:

Tuna in water is an excellent second course, perfect if accompanied with seasonal vegetables or a nice tomato salad, perhaps with a drizzle of raw Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.

Incredible in combination with our Sicilian eggplant caponata.

Often also used as an appetizer or as an ingredient in salads!

Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
