Zucchini Patè - Ready to eat - 90 gr

ZUCCHINI PATE 

Extremely delicate zucchini cream produced with care and passion, using only Extra Virgin Olive Oil, courgettes and a pinch of rosemary to bind the sweet taste of zucchini. 

Preservatives free and gluten-free!

Directions for use:

Excellent appetizer, spread on toasted bread or toasted bread. Also delicious on fresh bread and to season pasta.

Small recipe tip: Farfalle with spek in zucchini cream

Put the pasta to cook, preferably butterflies but even the feathers are fine. Take some speck cut into strips and sauté lightly in the pan. When the heat is off, add our courgette patè and let it cook for a few minutes. Once the pasta is drained, mix it with the mixture of zucchini and speck and serve the hot dish.

Recipe from 5 minutes but really very good, assured!

After opening, store in the fridge covered with a little oil.

Ingredients: zucchini (68%), onions, extra virgin olive oil (12%), cane sugar, basil, white wine vinegar, sea salt, rosemary.
