It is a wine with an intense bouquet and extraordinarily rich in captivating facets; to the typical fruity notes of apricot, yellow peach, candied orange peel and raisins, countless nuances are added given by the long aging in the bottle: the notes of figs, dates and carob intertwine with hints of chestnut honey and Mediterranean herbs.
