As per tradition, this sauce is prepared with the black liquid contained in the cuttlefish bag, which represents its defense tool at sea, and expertly mixed with a few simple ingredients: tomato, salt, oil and a pinch of chilli.
This combination gives life to a fine black sauce, with an intense taste and a particular scent that recalls the smell of the sea.
Directions for use:
Heat the contents of the jar in a pan for a few minutes; it can be used to dress spaghetti, linguine or even for the preparation of risotto.
This squid ink sauce does not contain starches.
Dose for 3/4 people.
After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Hand crafted product.
