Brut 700 Lost Edition 2017 is a limited-edition Classic Method sparkling wine from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards at Tenuta Ficuzza, 700 metres above sea level.

The bottles remained on the lees for more than five years before being rediscovered in the cellar, creating a more evolved and complex expression of Brut 700. Production is limited to 1,100 bottles and the project draws attention to Sicilian biodiversity.

Vintage 2017. 75 cl bottle. Contains sulphites.
