Nose: Intense aromas of citrus and fruits such as peaches, apricots and grapefruit, finely balanced with hints of mint and basil
Palate: This is a beautifully balanced wine that is crisp and rerefshing with lots of personality

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C
Food matching: Ideal as an aperitif, a perfect match with grilled fish
