Triangolo di Zabib Zibibbo IGP Organic 2025 - Tonnino

Triangolo di Zabib Zibibbo IGP Organic 2025 is an aromatic Sicilian white wine made from Zibibbo, a historic island grape also known as Muscat of Alexandria. In this dry organic version, the grape shows its freshest, most mineral and food-friendly side.

The wine comes from the Poggioreale area of southwestern Sicily, from vineyards cultivated with a focus on sustainability. Controlled-temperature vinification preserves the varietal aromas, while stainless steel aging keeps the palate clean and fragrant.

The nose is intense and recognizable, with citrus fruits, orange blossom, jasmine and Mediterranean hints. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, balanced and persistent, with a pleasant aromatic trail that never feels heavy.

It pairs beautifully with seafood appetizers, fried fish, fish couscous, shellfish, delicate spicy dishes and fresh cheeses. It also works very well as an aperitif wine when you want something more fragrant and original.

Triangolo di Zabib Zibibbo IGP Organic 2025 expresses a sunny, aromatic and contemporary Sicily, perfect for those who love expressive yet fresh white wines.
