ETNA BIANCO DOC - TERRE NERE

The production of this Etna Bianco begins, for the first time, in 2005. The idea of the producers was to eliminate all the white grapes that they used to plant in small quantities mixed with reds.

Thus was born, a delicate and at the same time decisive wine, from the union of five different grape varieties: Carricante, mainly, Cataratto, Inzolia, Grecanico and Minnella.

A wine that never loses its terroir and its brightness. Versatile, it adapts well to any dish, from rabbit or chicken, to fish, to hors d'oeuvres based on meats and cheeses, up to fruit.
