The Baglio Oro company was born from the tenacity of Giuseppe Laudicina "Don Pino", a man of the past, who handed down to his son Francesco and son-in-law Michele his love for the land and for wine and respect for the traditions of the past . In the modern cellar, located inside the old farms, technology and tradition come together to capture the energy and warmth of the Sicilian land. A look to the future with roots well founded in the past.
Dei Respiri Grillo is a balanced, fine, fresh and savory wine, excellent both as an aperitif and as a table wine, to be combined with fish first and second courses, gourmet appetizers, shellfish or vegetables. An intriguing wine, elegant but able to surprise for its aromatic intensity, in which notes of citrus and white peach dominate. Excellent in its organoleptic characteristics, interesting for its excellent for a good value for money.

Vinification: The grapes are hand picked at harvest during the cooler hours of the day. After destemming and a prolonged cold maceration on the skins, the grapes are softly pressed followed by a slow alcoholic fermentation temperature controlled
Ageing/Refining: The wine refines in steel vats, maintaining all of its organoleptic characteristics before bottling
