Gaia - Irias Brewery

With an alcohol content of 4.8%, Gaia is a craft beer from the Sicilian brewery Irias that expresses the flavor of the Sicilian cereal lands, unique in its kind because it is made with 100% Sicilian durum wheat malt.

Fermented in Weiss style with the use of special yeasts that give the characteristic spicy hints (cloves and banana) of wheat beers

Fresh taste, slightly acidic and thirst-quenching. The moderate use of hops enhances the sweet notes of the wheat coat.

It is a beer particularly suitable for pizza and to quench the most persistent thirst.
