DRIED GRAPES "PASSOLINA"

This type of dried grape is characterized by its excellent sweetish taste, and by the fact that it is completely seedless.

It is also a source of antioxidants, thanks to its molecules which have anti-inflammatory, anticancer properties and are able to reduce blood cholesterol levels.

It is one of the most typical products of Sicilian cuisine, in fact we can find it in the oldest and most typical recipes, such as Pasta con le Sarde, where pine nuts and raisins are the protagonists, or like stuffed artichokes, or better still in seasoning of the excellent swordfish rolls.
