It is a tasty mix of aromas and spices which, when combined with oil and lemon, create a perfect "Salmoriglio", a traditional Sicilian sauce which is used to season grilled meats or fish.
In fact, all you need to do is add a little lemon and oil to the contents of this sachet, mix everything together and pour it over the roasted meat.
