Fished on the Sicilian coasts with ancient techniques handed down from generation to generation, in wonderful places like Sciacca or the historic Gulf of Catania, they are presented in an equally simple way to enhance the link between the quality and tradition of the company.

To protect the taste and quality, the fish, as soon as it is caught, is always processed within a few hours of being caught in factories close to the fishing sites.

They are a very versatile product, to be used as a distinctive note in many recipes, such as pizzas, appetizers, first courses and various condiments.

Storage:  Keep in a cool place, once opened cover with oil and store in the fridge.
