"A sasizza" the typical and unmistakable salami of the Sicilian tradition, from quality pork, produced entirely by hand, strictly cut with a knife point and hand-tied into small pieces, the famous "ruppi".
Produced in the Nebrodi Mountains.

Sausage, seasoned with black pepper, is sold in vacuum packs of two pieces of sausage, with weights ranging from 250 to 350 grams.
