Salame Nostrano with Pistachio - 200-300g pieces

Unique and inimitable salami, produced by an artisan cured meat factory in the Nebrodi Mountains and seasoned with pistachios in pieces.

The guarantee of quality is the simplicity of the ingredients: fresh pork, cut into cubes and seasoned with sea salt, pepper and half a grain pistachio. Stuffed in natural pork casing.

Pistachio Salami are sold in whole pieces, in vacuum packs and selected from time to time to guarantee the customers of Gocce di Sicilia a correct seasoning and a choice of weight, divided into variable ranges from 200 to 300 grams.

Minimum seasoning 25 days

Storage max 20 ° if open.
