Ingredients: Milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments.

Provola is sold in half wheel, we select from time to time the provola with the right seasoning and with a weight of around 500-600 grams or even more.

Here you can buy whole Vera provola type Casale, normally we always take provola with a weight slightly higher than 1kg, but being handmade cheeses the weight can vary. But we repeat normally our provola always exceed the declared weight.
