Ingredients: Milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments.

Provola is sold in half wheel, we select from time to time the provola with the right seasoning and with a weight of around 1- 1,4kg or even more.

Here you can buy the true provola type Casale, normally we always take whole provola divided in half with a weight slightly higher than 500g, but being handmade cheeses the weight can vary.
