This is a fresh, elegant wine, with a superior structure than that of the Don Pietro white in the Don Pietro range. We produce 7,000 bottles of it.
The wine is made from 100% Grillo grapes and the grapes used are different than those for the Don Pietro white Grillo.
Still and dry red wine, vinified with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, with a pleasant scent of wild berries with pleasant vegetal sensations, a long aromatic persistence and soft tannins.

These leaves, which come from sustainably grown plants, are carefully selected, and are first preserved in brine, and then desalted and finally dried in ovens for over 24 hours.
