This unfiltered and unpasteurized Sicilian craft beer is made with high fermentation, and above all it is made with the addition of Sicilian Black Bee Honey, a very fine honey that is carefully harvested in the wonderful Sicilian countryside.
Sicilian honey gives the beer a very rich aroma and natural sweetness, creating a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness, resulting in a unique taste experience.

RELUI 'VALDOBBIADENE DOCG - THE EXTRA BRUT PROSECCO FROM THE VARASCHIN WINERY
Reluì is the Prosecco Extra Brut from the Varaschin winery. Brilliant straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. The perfume is intense and elegant with hints of wild apple. On the palate it is dry, savory and harmonious.
It goes perfectly with fish main courses, but, given its excellent balance, it is also ideal to accompany aperitifs with typical cold cuts and cheeses.
