The “Saint Pierre” Chablis wine comes from grapes harvested by hand and selected both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The bunches in the cellar are crushed and pressed gently to separate the pulp from the skins. The Chablis “Saint Pierre” by Albert Pic is a white, mineral wine with great potential produced in the Chablis area, in the French region of Burgundy.

“Saint Pierre” is obtained from pure Chardonnay grapes coming from vineyards grown with the spurred cordon method and located on the right bank of the Serein river.

The Chablis “Saint Pierre” by Albert Pic presents itself to the eye with a very bright straw yellow color. On the nose, aromas of fresh fruit appear, including white peach and green apple, of exotic fruit, floral notes and then open towards iodine scents and notes of brioche bread.

In the mouth it is pleasant and well-structured, with a well-balanced body with the great freshness that characterizes the sip finish.
