Cherry tomatoes dried and preserved in sunflower oil and simply seasoned with a pinch of garlic, fresh basil and salt.
Excellent as an appetizer or side dish, with a sweet flavor and fleshy consistency, it cannot be missing on your table!
They do not need to be cooked, just let them drain well before enjoying them with cheese, with cold first courses or salads, or simply on a slice of crunchy toast.

Delicious Italian tomatoes, dried and preserved in sunflower oil. Tasty and meaty, they can be used to flavor a first course or to enrich appetizers and bruschetta with a stronger taste.
It is a typically summer product, but thanks to the particular processing and conservation, it can be consumed throughout the year and is widely used in various recipes typical of the Sicilian tradition such as pesto capuliato.
Produced in the province of Catania using only local products.

After opening, keep a cool, dry place at room temperature and away from heat sources.
