Pesto produced with artisanal method, using fresh products exclusively.
Fresh basil and dried tomatoes are seasoned with Sicilian extra virgin olive oil, to give life to an entirely Sicilian recipe!
Directions for use:
The sauce is ready to put on the pasta, if you prefer it can be heated for a few minutes. Or ideal for flavoring homemade sauces.
After opening, store in the fridge covered with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for no more than 10/12 days.
Ideal for dressing 2 pasta dishes.
Ingredients: basil (53%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Almonds (5%), Concentrated Apple Juice, Apple Vinegar, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Sea Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper.
May contain traces of celery and other nuts.
