Great news at Fiasconaro! From this year the new Linea 1953 is available, a line of panettone dedicated to the great history of Fiasconaro, a story that was born in 1953.

Panettone with whole pineapple, apricot and pistachios becomes part of this wonderful line which includes truly innovative packaging with an elegant but colorful package.

This artisanal Panettone is characterized by the great sweetness of the candied pineapple and apricot, and is enriched by the taste and crunchiness of the whole pistachios on top of the icing.

In 1953, in Castelbuono, Mario Fiasconaro opened an ice cream shop in the square in the center of the town, without knowing that shortly afterwards, thanks to his brothers, and later, in the nineties, also thanks to his children, that bar would become the historic, renowned company throughout the world, which has made Sicily known for its excellence in the confectionery field. The turning point was born from an intuition of Nicola, a talented master pastry chef, who chose to interpret the most traditional dessert of Northern Italy, Panettone, in a Mediterranean key: a great success that changed the destiny of the company, which since then has never stopped growing. But she knew how to remain herself.
