Smeraldo Panettone 1 kg - Sal De Riso

"Smeraldo" artisan pistachio panettone from the Sal De Riso pastry shop.

The name, "Emerald", comes from the colour of pistachio. Sal De Riso's dough is naturally leavened, with fresh butter, egg yolks, acacia honey and Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla, with no raisins, candied orange or citron.

The filling is Sicilian pistachio cream with white chocolate chips and a little orange paste.

On top there is a pistachio coating with chopped pistachios.

The box also contains a piping bag with 90 g of pistachio cream, to fill the slices when serving.

It contains no preservatives: keep it in a cool, dry place below 20 °C and eat it as soon as possible.

Ingredients: type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurised grade "A" egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural sourdough starter (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, powdered vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Filling: Sicilian pistachio cream (16.40%) (glucose syrup, dextrose, fresh cream 32% fat, sunflower seed oil, 100% pure pistachio paste, 100% pure pistachio paste with "Pistacchio verde di Bronte" PDO (1.12%), sugar, alcoholic flavouring 96% vol, milk powder, pectin, sea salt, citric acid), white chocolate drops (14.00%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup).

Topping: Sicilian pistachio cream, chopped pistachios, cocoa butter, vegetable fats (sunflower and coconut), skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin, colour: chlorophyllin.

May contain peanuts, lupin and sesame.
