What makes this panettone even more special are its ingredients, all first choice ingredients, from the flour, to the butter, to the eggs, all of the highest quality products.
Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough (wheat), mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, skimmed milk powder, salt, ascorbic acid, butter, liquid butter, cocoa butter, whole eggs from category A free-range hens, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, salt, vanilla pods from Madagascar.
Piping bag of Pistachio Cream: Pistachio 35%, sugar, vegetable oils and fats, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: sunflower, lecithin, flavourings, spirulina extract.
May contain traces of nuts, sesame, mustard and soy.
