This Artisan Panettone has a very tender dough thanks to the natural leavening process carried out with great care by the master pastry chefs of Bonfissuto.

What makes this panettone even more special are its ingredients, all top-quality ingredients, from the flour, to the butter, to the eggs to the candied orange, all products of the highest quality.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type 00, natural sourdough starter (wheat), sugar, skimmed milk powder, salt, ascorbic acid, semi-candied apple and cinnamon, butter, liquid butter, hen's egg yolk from free-range eggs of category A, sugar, orange paste, Sicilian multi-flower honey, fresh cream, salt, Madagascar vanilla pods;

Filling: Baileys cream (cream, milk proteins, glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, water, caramelized sugar, thickeners: agar-agar and pectin, flavoring);

External glaze: milk chocolate (sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, coconut), skimmed milk powder, low-fat cocoa, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings). Milk chocolate cubes (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), cinnamon stick (0.2%)).
