Pandoro Classic Artisan Pastry New Dolceria

Distinguished by its unique shape, and its very soft texture and yellow colour, Pandoro Classico is one of the most loved Christmas sweets.

Its flavor is very delicate, characterized by its classic vanilla note, in fact it is a perfect dessert to be enjoyed in its simplicity by dusting it with icing sugar, or at best to be accompanied with a spread of our Spreadable Sweet Creams.

Pandoro Classico is the perfect gift to share during the Christmas holidays, perhaps also accompanied by a few bottles of Spumante.

To create this dough so good and genuine, Nuova Dolceria decided to use the "sourdough", which in addition to making the Pandoro more digestible, avoids the use of artificial additives and preservatives.
